CLUBHOUSE RENTAL

Upstairs:

• $150.00 ($100.00 rental fee plus $50.00 cleaning fee)
• $200.00 Refundable damage deposit

Downstairs: Ping Pong Room/Kitchen

• $20.00 rental fee
• No cleaning fee – renter must clean up
• $100.00 Refundable damage deposit

No charge for the first 4 non-resident guests

$1.00 for every non-resident guest beyond four

All requests for clubhouse rentals must be made Community Management Associates (CMA). Please contact Jodi Phillips at (404) 835-9100 at least 14 days prior to your event to reserve the clubhouse for any rentals. Please ensure a reservation is in place prior to completing the Clubhouse Rental Agreement. No rental agreements will be accepted without a reservation in place first. Once the rental agreement is in place, Marian Christianson will contact you to do a walk through and provide you with the keys.

Keys

Residents have access only to the downstairs of the clubhouse. Your Weight room key will open either side of the building, and (soon) the inside doors, except to the upstairs.

Thermostat

The thermostat for heat and air conditioning is located in the ping pong room, with a timer release knob above it. Turn the timer to the right and then adjust the thermostat. It will return to normal by itself.

Both the upstairs and downstairs will be cleaned and inspected regularly, but if you notice something requiring immediate attention, please contact Marian.
